Marian Dougenis

Marian Dougenis specializes in developing relationships with prospective clients to drive business growth at Falcon West. With over 10 years of experience in business development and more than 20 years working across all aspects of the sales cycle, Marian brings a well-rounded approach to building rapport, earning trust, and delivering exceptional client service. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree with a focus on business and marketing.

Marian’s dedication to her work is deeply rooted in her passion for helping businesses manage their insurance needs effectively. She takes pride in guiding clients through the process, ensuring they feel secure and supported. Her faith, family, and desire to serve others are the core of her inspiration.

Outside of the office, Marian is an active board member of Philoptochos (meaning “friends of the needy”), the largest Christian women's philanthropic organization in America. For over 20 years, she has held various leadership positions, including President, Vice President, and Advisor, supporting those in need locally, nationally, and internationally. One of her most cherished activities is co-chairing the annual Philoptochos Angels Christmas Party, which for 10 years has brought joy to children affected by cancer.

Marian also enjoys taking long walks with her Goldendoodle, Archie, and spending time with her loving husband and two amazing sons. Her quirky habit of twirling a section of her hair is her personal form of relaxation. With her combination of professional expertise and heartfelt dedication to service, Marian is a dynamic and trusted member of the Falcon West team.
