Wade is a drilling engineer and geosteering expert with 18 years on both the operator and service side. He built Baker Hughes’ Reservoir Navigation group in Oklahoma City and later led drilling and geosteering at LINN Energy and Citizen Energy, including 98 wells in the Western Anadarko.
